What happens after I have submitted my order through your checkout system?
Our Customer Service representatives will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of your order to verify availability of your selected products, confirm pricing based upon your imprinting requests, provide a grand total including applicable taxes and collect your payment information. Note that we may adjust this total should your imprinting requests change after initial verification, however, you will be advised of this before we proceed with production.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa or Mastercard, money orders and cheques. (Note that your order will not be put into production until 7 business days after your cheque has been received and deposited. If time is of the essence, we suggest you pay by credit card.) No C.O.D. deliveries. Goods will not enter our production schedule until full payment is received.
When can I expect my goods to be shipped?
If your goods are being imprinted, this will largely depend upon the timely receipt of your usable logo and advertising information. Our goal is to ship your goods within 10-15 business days after this information has been received, provided you respond promptly to our subsequent artwork approval request. During the online ordering process we have provided a comment box after each product selected for you to advise us of the date you require your goods. Every effort will be made to accommodate you and we will confirm if we can meet your requested date. If you are ordering your goods blank, it is likely that we will ship sooner.
What is an Artwork Approval Request?
If you are ordering your goods to be imprinted, we will send you an artwork proof via email showing your submitted advertising text/logo and how it will be laid out, using a template of the product(s) you have ordered. Review this information carefully as it will be used to permanently personalize the product! Email back your approval or required changes posthaste. Your order will be held until final approval is received from you. There is no charge for this service however multiple ongoing changes may incur additional costs.
What is a PMS (Pantone Matching System) color match?
If you do not choose a printing color (for PAD or SCREENPRINTED products only) from our Standard Ink color chart, you can specify a PMS color number for us to match. There is an additional charge of $60 per PMS color match request.
Quantity of Items Shipped
It is mutually agreed that the quantity of purchased items delivered may fall short of or exceed the quantity ordered by not more than seven percent (7%) of the quantity ordered. This is most likely to happen only on products being imprinted in multiple colors. The customer shall be obligated to pay only for the exact quantity of purchased items shipped.
Imprinting
It is mutually understood and agreed that the size and quantity of materials comprising the purchased items may render it necessary and the customer hereby authorizes the seller to adjust the typeface or the size and spacing of characters, figures and logos, for the purpose of preserving the quality of any imprint on the purchased items.
Shipping Carrier
We ship exclusively by UPS. Travel times vary based upon destination, and can take up to 6 business days via ground shipping to reach the eastern provinces & states. Goods are shipped from Langley, BC Canada. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will use the shipping option you selected during the checkout process (Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air). Be sure to check your shipment upon signing for the delivery - if boxes are received damaged you will need to have the delivery driver take note of it in case a claim for damaged goods arises.
Cross-Border Shipping
Goods are shipped from Langley, BC Canada. Customers outside of Canada will be responsible for any applicable duties and destination taxes.
Warranties
The seller agrees that it shall replace, at its sole expense, all items found on examination by the seller to be defective by reason of faulty material or bad workmanship provided that notice in writing is delivered to the seller within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the purchased items to the customer, and provided further that defective items are delivered to the seller at the sole expense of the customer. Except as specifically provided herein, all warranties and conditions, express or implied, by statute or otherwise, as to the quality or the fitness for any particular purpose, or correspondence with description or sample of the items supplied under this contract are expressly excluded. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this contract, the extent of the seller's liability arising as a result of or in any manner connected with defects in materials, workmanship, failure to deliver or for any other reason whatsoever is limited to the replacement of such defective items or delivery of such non-delivered items in accordance with the terms of this contract. It is expressly agreed that the seller's liability hereunder shall not include loss of anticipated profits or special, incidental or consequential damages.
Force Majeure
Your order is subject to and the seller shall not be responsible for or liable for non-delivery, directly or indirectly resulting from the enactment of any law, ordinance, regulation, ruling or order rendering more burdensome manufacture or delivery of items, domestic or foreign embargoes, seizure, theft, act of God, insurrections, war or the continuance or war, fire, floods, explosions, strikes, lockouts, stoppage of labor, breakdown of machinery, perils of the sea, shortage of carriers, shortage of material whether available or not, or by any other cause beyond the seller's control. The customer shall accept and pay for any purchased items delivered after the time specified for delivery if the delay is as a result of any of the foregoing causes or any other cause beyond the seller's control. Seller may, during any period of delay or non-delivery, allocate its available supply of purchased items among its various users and/or customers as seller in its sole discretion deems practical.
